the custom development of relational database systems using the cross-platform award-winning
FileMaker® Pro application and its
counterpart, FileMaker® Server 5.
We are a full service company, working with our clients from Conceptualization/Design to

To provide our clients with database solutions that both increase productivity and improve
operational workflow, provide better information on which to base business decisions, simplify
and automate daily tasks, and enable the sharing of information, thus eliminating redundant
data entry. We try to help ease a company's transition through difficult growth periods.
Through the automation of predictable or repetitive tasks and by improving overall efficiency,
we free employees to focus their energy on areas in need of creative attention. If you're having

Process we follow...We follow the same process throughout every custom development project:
The Consultation
First, we visit you for an hour in your office. During this time, we share our experience
and some samples of our work. We'll try to find out some general information about your project,
to help determine the "scope" of the project. This will help us to give you a "ballpark" idea of
the cost; This will at least help you decide whether or not you can afford a custom database system.
Then, if you'd like to proceed further, we embark upon what we refer to as the...
Needs Assessment
During this phase we gather detailed information about your business, your company,
and your way of doing things. Understanding how you work helps us ensure that we are able to
develop the system in accordance with the way you do business. During this phase we will be
drafting a Specifications Document that hammers out the details of your database system.
Development and Testing
Once we are in agreement that the specifications accurately outline how you'd like your
new system to work, we begin programming. Then, upon completion, we thoroughly test the system
to ensure that it is performing to specification.
Installation and Training
Once we've completed our testing phase, we're ready
to install the system and to train you and your staff how to use it. Our goal is to empower you as
much as you would like to be empowered. Some clients would like to be able to make changes themselves,
while others prefer that we make changes for them. Database security can be customized to meet
your own needs.
Support Period
After we've completed the installation and trained you on the usage, we make ourselves available
to you at no charge for an additional thirty days so that we can assist with any questions/issues that
might crop up after you've had some time to work with your new system. And if should be further inspired,
we would welcome working with you on another database project.
